Refund and Cancellation Policy

At VitalsTrack, we strive to deliver premium health monitoring services. Please read our policy carefully before booking.

1. Cancellation Policy

• More than 24 hours notice: You may cancel or reschedule your assessment without any penalty.
• Less than 24 hours notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee to cover administrative costs.

2. Refund Policy

• Unused Services: If you cancel an eligible prepaid service prior to the 24-hour window, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Rendered Services: Once a health assessment, data tracking consultation, or report has been provided, no refunds will be issued, as the service has already been rendered.
